Hi,

The eczema you have may be chronic allergic contact dermatitis. There may be some allergens which may be responsible. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.Soap, house dust, house dust mite,pollutants,pollens,grass,sunrays..etc
You may take antihistaminics like levocetirizine. Short course of steroids in tappering dose may improve the disease. Apply mild steroid cream on the lesions twice a day. Avoid contact with suspected allergens. Repeat the treatment if there is relapse. But, you take treatment under observation of dermatologist.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
