I am 29 years old. I have constant ear pain in both ears , mostly right ear, dizzyness, fatigue, headache, and brain fog for three months. I was experiencing ear fullness but it went away. I am having a some tinitus in my right ear but it is very low and can only hear it when in a quiet room. I have had blood work, MRI, CT Scan, and Audiology test all have come back normal. Meniers diease, BPPV, sinus/ear infection, and tumors have been ruled out. I have been diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea but it was said that it doesnt explain my dizzyness nor the ear pain. I have had been prescribed a CPAP machine. I also had septoplasty last year and am still having nasal pain.
