Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

hi my husband has had a ear infection fir over a week, looking in his ear with the otoscope i see green brown in there near or on the ear drum. he has been taking oral Azithromycin 2 the 1 st day and then one a day for 4 days, he is also putting ciprofloxacin orti 2% in twice a day. he has no improvement so far this is the 4th day of the treatment.

consult an e.n.t. surgeon, if there is no discharge it can be infected wax or fungal infection which needs cleaning.
