Suggest Treatment For Ear And Jaw Pain With Sub-mucous Fibrosis

Hello i have habit of chewing Gutkha(tobocco) from past 15 years i am suffering from oral sub-mucous fibrosis from past 10 years now i am suffering from ear pain from past 6 months i went to ent specialist and on antibiotics and ear drops but that doesn't stop my ear pain its more about ear pain with jaw pain but i am not sure, what these symptoms mean?

Thanks for your query, i have gone through your query.
The pain in the ear could be because pf the oral submucous fibrosis causing fibrosis near the internal acoustic meatus. even the jaw pain could be because of OSMF or any tooth infection. consult a oral physician and start treatment for OSMF with intralesional steroid and hyaluronidase injections. automatically the pain in the jaw and ear will come down. you have to quit the habit immediately. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
