Suggest Treatment For Dyspnea, With History Of Temporal Arteritis And Heart Attack

My mother has been on prednisone for a couple of months to treat temporal arteritis. She also has a history of heart attack but has never had heart failure. She has become short of breath this week with poor exercise tolerance. Her echo is unchanged with EF 55% and mild-mod AS.MD apt is Monday, What is causing her SOB?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of cardiac disease then dyspnea could be due to this only, such clinical condition demands further investigations, and management accordingly hope this information helps.
