Suggest Treatment For Dry Mouth With Swallowing Difficulty

i woke up this morning and had a dry mouth with no pain but when i went to swallow it felt like i was going to swallow the rear end of the roof of my mouth like there is swelling, and i was going to swallow that bit. Almost feels like there is to much skin there or the roof has come of at the rear of mouth

The most possible cause for dryness of the mouth could be because of the reduced salivary secretion secondary to stones in the salivary gland duct. Even the swelling in the roof of the mouth can be because of salivary gland disorder or tooth infection leading to abscess formation. So consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Once the diagnosis is confirmed it can be treated accordingly With either surgery Or medication. I hope I have answered your query. Take care
