Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
She requires antihistaminic and decongestant medicines along with the bronchodilators.
Nebulization with steroids and bronchodilators will help in reducing the symptoms.
She should also be tried a good course of antibiotic .
If still she do not respond she should also be investigated in terms of AEC, CBC, ESR, AND CXR
Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
