Hi Doctor, i am having dry cough since a week, i have tried tablets like combiflame and azimethol ( allergy related) I have tried PAN D as well, some times i feel i have Gastristice which is in very sever condition, i am not sure what to do now.. some time middle of the night i get cough and feeling very difficult to breath. Please advice me some of the Tablet.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What treatment you have taken is medications related to allergy and gastritis, which might not help much in treating dry cough. Kindly take the following measures to overcome it. 1. Do salt water gargling with warm water thrice a day. 2. Take syrup containing Ambroxyl with Chlorpheniramine maleate thrice a day, which should help you to liquefy the mucous and expel out. 3. You can take medicated lozenges for relief of your throat symptoms. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
