Suggest Treatment For Dog Bite

I have a question regarding my brother. He was bitten by a dog last year and was injected vaccine. It was late march last year that he was vaccinated and just today, he was bitten again. My question is does he need to be vaccinated again or what. Because I believe that the anti-rabbies vaccine has a three year expiration. Thank you very much for the answer.

Hi
If he was fully vaccinated against rabies previously, then only two doses of vaccines are needed on days 0 and 3.
Thank you for contacting HCM.
