Suggest Treatment For Dizziness With Signs Of Spondylitis

I am 55 year old working lady from Gurgaon. Recently a few times my head was spinning and I felt dizzy. Happens when I am rising from bed. My GP advised me to have Vertin 8mg twice a day for 5 days and to get a X-ray of Cspine AP and Lateral done. The X-ray diagnosed signs of spondylitis but I hardly have any pain in neck or shoulders. He then advised me some neck exercises. After I stopped Vertin and did the exercises dizziness returned and discomfort to the neck. What do I do next? Should I consult ENT and Orthopaedic doctors. Believe dizziness can be from ear problems too. I do not have any other problems.

Cervical spondilytis is the cause of giddiness and you are having giddiness while you move the neck. Hence its a sondilytis.
Continue the neck exercise .
