Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Light-headed Feeling And Fainting Spells

Some times I black out. I cant respond except for mumbles but can still hear whats going on around me. I get pale dizzy light headed clammy n my hands shake right before. Some times it lasts for a long time. Sometimes its just for a few mins. It comes on all a sudden. My partner has to force feed my crackers n water or Gatorade. When I come too I feel just fine. But my blood pressure n blood sugar is just fine. Lately my left ear has been popping n I see spots when I bend over not sure the to have anything to do with each other

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, here the neurological disease need to be rule out first because it could be epilepsy, and for that you need to get done the CT of brain and EEG, and neurology opinion if all of these are unremarkable then this is nothing to worry, then it must be functional conditions, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
