thank you, im having like a shooting pain at the back of my head,right side which affects my vision and im having vertigo and nystagmus.i have seen 2 neurologist before, they can give relief to my symptoms and i remember with my last hospitalization another neuro is saying its migraine not ms. i hope you can help me bec im getting scared when i get dizzy and double vision. thank you again.
