Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Difficulty Breathing

While I was looking through some of my past medical records I saw that I have a tortuous aorta in the heart. The doctors have never told me this. I have had hbp for years. I just turned 41 at the beginning April. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Lately I have had many hot flashes, along with dizziness, a feeling of my heart beating outside my chest, and difficulty breathing. Should I worry about it?
