Hi there, I'm emailing on behalf of my Mom. She claims her symptoms are hard to explain but I'll start with what I know. Mom is 76 in great shape, cognizant and fully functional. Her complaints are sporadic dizziness (usually around early afternoon), unclear vision... perhaps white lights on the sides of her field of vision. Possible anxiety (having to leave the shopping mall once arrived). "Head fog" is one of her best explanations. Mom has seen two different medical doctor's, been to physiotherapy for tight neck "sensation that her scalp is too tight", a chiropractor $$$$$$ and has just recently had 4 acupuncture treatments. Our poor girl feels she is not leaving her home as much as she normally would for fear of her symptoms coming up and ruining her day. Mom drives and knows when this sensation is coming on not to and just stays home. Mom asked her GP for a cat scan for fear of a tutor etc. but was not issued a result. Mom has high blood pressure and is on a low dose resolve, takes potassium supplements and is also taking the "no pain migraine headache" meds her GP has advised. Any thoughts?
