Suggest Treatment For Diverticulosis

I have had two bouts of abd pain ist it was on the lower left side that was dianosed as diverticulosis and another time I was at work and the first 4 hours were great and then I had severe pain on my lower right side enough that I didn't want to stand straight. it felt like a sore in my abd. one specific spot. I am realizing that it is when i eat crunchy peanut butter. could that be it. my age is 66 5'4 166 have diverticulosis

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you are a known case of diverticulitis and had pain in abdomen on left side the pain on right side can also be due to diverticulitis, appendicitis or so.
Yes, crunchy peanut butter can cause pain but then also will have bloating, gases and nausea.
If you have associated symptoms like fever or as you have mentioned I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor for your clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like CT scan of abdomen, tests of blood, urine and stool, colonoscopy as required to get a proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done.
Till then take oral fluids only.
It is better to rush to ER if the pain is so much as this needs symptomatic treatment and supportive management in the form antispasmodics, iv fluids and antibiotics, in fluids and electrolytes.
Further management as per the clinical evaluation and reports of investigations
