Suggest Treatment For Disturbed Sleep

Hi,
My name is Parthiban and i'm from bangalore
Past few months i am not getting proper sleep.
I don't have any worries but my mind is dreaming a lot.
Weekly once i will take a trika 0.50 pill.
When i woke up in morning full irritation.
I tried with some practice like thinking of my guru temple(Ramana ashramam) and concentrating on my mulathara(i.e. end of spinal card position).and i will go for sleep.But now a days i am trying a lot to do that but i couldn't.
Please help me to guide me.

Hi Parthiban Thank you for posting your query.I have gone through your details.Here are few remedies which I suggest you for lack of sleep -

Have a glass of milk with green cardamom powder before going to bed.

Take 1 teaspoon of brahmi with milk or lukewarm water.

Boil mint leaves in 1 cup of water and take it with 1 teaspoon of honey.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin on a banana and eat at night regularly.

Massage your feet with mustard oil before going to bed.

I would highly recommend SHIRODHARA a panchkarma procedure .You can get this procedure done at any ayurvedic panchkarma center.

I am giving you few ayurvedic medications which are effective to cure insomnia .These are brahmi vati , brahmi churn , saraswat churn,saraswatarisht,shankpushpi churn,jatamansi churn.

You can start practising pranayam like

Anulom vilom
Bhramri
Udgeeth ( meditation)
Bhastrika
Shavasan
Yoga nigra
