Suggest Treatment For Dislocated Bones In Wrist

my wrist got bent three weeks ago and as the scan shows one of the bones at the wrist got dislocated the doctor told me to wrap it for three weeks and it will be alright but now the three weeks are over and my hand only shows a little amount progression
what should i do ?

The dislocated bone has to be reduced back. Initially just after the injury it could have been reduced by close reduction that is without surgery. But now after three weeks, it may need open reduction that is surgical reduction.
