Suggest Treatment For Discoloration Of Toes

My daughters big toes are dark in color in the tie bed and her toe nails have grown in top of it but look like it s growing backwards towards the cuticles. I am scheduling an appointment to see the pediatrician but should we see a podiatrist also ? It s on both of her big toes

inmy opinion you should see a surgeon, since it appears to be surgical problem. it may be in growing nail requeres hygine and proper nibling in time. at bed time should be cleaned with warmwater.
