Suggest Treatment For Digestive Issues With UTI

hi sir i am 25 year old from very early age i was suffering from liver problem i.e,constipation,gas ,etc, but also from that i was of very angry mood and i was using tea,coffee,coldrinks and chilled things,but resently few years ago,i.e.3-4 years ago i was in the habbit of masturbation,x movies,x magzines and thinking of always wrong things, but the result today and from one year is that i am suffering more from liver i.e,constipation,gas acidity,urinary problem and other problem is sexual my penis is small,thin,curve,loose,and i am having nightfall,flowing of sperm with and after urine and some time in a day i feel that something slowly is flowing from my penis also at the time of bathing ,i also feel cold more and more hot according to normal person.sir i am totally physically,emotonally,mentally disuturbed, PLEASE SIR GIVE ME SUGGESTION WHERE I SHOULD CONULT,WHAT TO DO,I AM VERY DISTURB FROM MY STOMACH URINARY SYSTEM.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The issues with your intestinal symptoms may most probably be related to stress, anxiety or other psychosexual issues that you have mentioned.
For saying so it is very important to have the following tests normal:
Tests of stool for three consecutive days.
Tests of blood for CBC, liver, thyroid functions.
CT scan of abdomen.
Colonoscopy.
If a specific diagnosis is found during the course of investigations it will NE treated accordingly.
If all tests are normal then the obvious diagnosis is IBS and get treated accordingly.
About the sexual and urinary problems consult an Urologist and a Psychiatrist for clinical evaluation and management.
