You may be suffering from sleep apnea which is a condition that causes insomnia, difficulty with fragmented sleep at night, daytime somnolence, loss of concentration. You should be submitted for a sleep study which can confirm the presence or not of such a disorder and then, the proper intervention can be designed. You should also be sent for laboratory studies if not done in the last 6 months or so. I would check THYROID, PARATHYROID, and VITAMIN D levels as well.

You will clearly benefit from this sleep study and a consultation with a sleep specialist. Please click THANK YOU and provide a high 5 star rating if my suggestions have been helpful. Please write to me in the future if you had any other questions at: www.bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi
