Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Since both of you have irregularities detected, you need further evaluation to decide if any help is needed to assist in concept. You have to have a complete clinical assessment by a gynecologist including hormone profile and a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs, while he needs to see an andrologist for proper evaluation and a semen analysis. He may even need genetic evaluation. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
