Suggest Treatment For Diarrohea
Hello doctor, I am suffering from IBS- diarrohea. I had taken lot of medicines without much effect. Then I started taking Sporlac which is lactobacillus sporogenes tablets. I started having normal motions. Now I want to know as to how long can I take this probiotics. Does this have any side effects. Also I had this tablets for a week now. Should I take them always.

probiotics are completely safe and have no side effects.... u can continue with them as long as u have a sound bowel... also try cutting fibres from ur diet as they may worsen ibs
