General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear,
plz stop feeding idli, give something made of curd/buttermilk, continue giving ors , as mostly diarrhea in infants are due to rota virus and it subsides on its own so we need to mantain the hydration of the body which is very important.
you must giving her ors as much as she can drink and watch for the symptoms of dehydration like breathless/excess crying/decrease movement and sunken look.
if condition doesnot improve u may start syp . normet 5 ml tds.
if any alarming symptoms occur visit a pediatrician asap.
thanks.
