Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

This does not seem to be realated to CABG but sometimes due to high dose of antibiotics such patients are taking, a person can have diarrhea due to destruction of gut flora i would suggest you to give him high fiber food with good quantity of fluids, with time he will get better, if this doesn't improve in 3-4 days the dicsuss with your doctor about using some specific meds like loperamide, or some gut flora or antibiotics.

I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you.
Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
