Hi I have gone through your query.... According to history you have eaten dinner food and then diarrhea .... So mostly it seems acute gastroenteritis.... It could be viral or bacterial.... Take ciprofloxacin tablet and metronidazole tablet for 5 days.. Maintain hydration with lots of fluid... ORS taken to prevent electrolyte disturbance... Fruit juice can taken... Avoid excess spicy and fatty foods.... Smoking , NSAIDs , excess tea like irritant avoided.... Semisolid food taken for few days. Small meal with frequent intervals taken... Avoid stress.... Non veg avoided.... If still after 4 days diarrhea continue stool examination done for parasite detection... If ankylostoma or ascaris detected albendazole needed....
