The best thing to do when having diarrhea is to drink as much oral rehydration solution as possible. Diarrhea doesn t kill but dehydration does. Seen how severe this is and the recurrent episodes, I will suggest you follow up with a gastro-enterologist for evaluation and treatment. we would need to look at the causes of chronic diarrhea for answers.
