Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea With Severe Stomach Pain

I had extremely bad diarrhea and immediately after losing that I got a severe pain running down my right leg and bad cramping in my abdomen and lower back. It s been about 2 hours and the cramping is still there along with the pain in my leg. I do have have problem going to the bathroom in a different place except my home so I held my BM for about half hour to 40 minutes. Is this something I should be seen for? I have no fever.

You have the characteristic amoebiasis colic. Take Flagyl 500 mg twice a day for 5 days preferably with Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day if you have no allegies.

Take plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration in case of which you might need a drip. Dehydration is indicated by dry mouth and decreased urine output.

Hope that helps.
