Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea , Stomach Bloating And Gastritis

i have gas/bloating/discomfit/ in upper right side and unrunny diahrea. I have consumed kale, asparagus, pears, and other veggies such as celery. Did i overdo the fiber and cruciferous veggies? What should i do now? I have had some minor cramping in lower intestine.

Hello
Looking at your description it seems to be food poisoning, acute gastroenteritis or food allergy

If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests like CBC liver function test and stool test for ova, cyst or protozoa.
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor

Meanwhile have lots of fluids including ORS and fruits juices to counter dehydration and electrolytic imbalances

You can take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole and anti.emetic like ondansatron for symptomatic relief

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for more clarification
Best wishes
