Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea , Stomach Bloating And Gastritis
I went to mexico from the 12th to the 19th. For two weeks I had watery diahhrea with mild cramps. This week I have felt nauseous, weak, bloated and gassy. Last month I did not get my period at all but I figured it was due to being sick. Also, due to a surgery I had, I only have 20% chance of getting pregnant, so I don t think I am. Could I have garadiasis?

You are suffering from Traveller`s diarrhoea. It can occur when any body goes to other place and got infected form water or food that causes loose motion, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps. The main etiology are Giardia, Entaamoeba, Vibrio cholerae and other virus like rota virus.
In your case it is veyr difficult to say but according to your clinical details it might be Giardiasis.
In this case, you can take Tab Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day for 7 days along with Probiotics and Antihelminthic drugs like Albendazole 400 mg stat at night. You can take some antispasmodic drugs for your pain abdomen like Hyoscine or Mefanamic acid and take some Antacid like Rabeperazole with Domperidone to avoid nausea and vomiting.
