Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Cold Sweats And Fever

Hi, 3 days ago I caught a stomach flu or virus. Threw up 15-20 times, watery diarrhea, cold sweats, low grade temp. All come and gone in 36 hours. Lost 8 lbs. Now I have no appetite and have this stabbing pain from inside out at the top of my stomach. Don't know how to remedy the pain. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for your query.
The clinical picture you have described looks more than the simple stomach flu.
It looks to be a gastroenteritis.
You need to consult a Doctor , get physical examination done as you have pain in abdomen and you have lost weight , get started on appropriate antibiotic and metronidazole, get an ultrasonography and all the relevant blood, urine and stool tests done
Also take probiotic and supportive treatment as electrolyte balancing powder in one liter, Get the boiled and cooled water.
