Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting Due To Food Poisoning

Believe I had a Gallbladder attach yesterday. After eating black angus hamburger at 1pm, I vomited a black substance at 10pm. Had severe cramps and one lose stool. Other stools were the claycolored ones. Ok today, but went without wanting food for 14 hrs. and took only 1/2 glass of water during that time to take gas tabs. Should I call my Dr. immediately? No fever, but some chills. Kathy J.
