Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps

hello.. i've had diarrhea for about 4 days now and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. I have also got really bad cramp in my stomach too, i need something to help me fast as i'm going away in 3 days and don't want to be ill! whats can i do? im 15, 5.4ft and about 8.5 stone. and havn't been ill for about 2 hours..

bentyl for cramping. if you have an infection in your stool you should have the stool checked before taking any anti diarrheal agents (such as immodium etc) as it can make the infection worse if you slow down your movements. Consider pepto bismol or probiotic or yogurt in the mean time to see if this helps.
