Hi I'm 22 year old female..last night I had extremely bad cramping and finally pooped.but it was very runny diahrrea. And ever since Then I keep running back to the bathroom because I feel like I have to poop but there is only blood coming out. Its red. Not really dark though. Please help

You should take Tablet Entamizole DS twice daily for 5 days. You are suffering from Acute Dysentry.
You will better in 3 to 5 days
