Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Belching

Since Nov.29 I have experienced four bouts of diarrhea (no blood) accompanied by belching of a gas that smells like rotton eggs it usually last about 24 hours and goes away then 3 to 5 days later it is back again. I have cleaned my house and disinfected all surfaces still getting reinfected.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Well, in spite of disinfecting your house and all surfaces you are getting repeated diarrhea and belching of gas that smells like rotten egg lasting for 24 hours that goes away to come back after 3-5 days indicate one of the following possibilities:
Infection via water source.
Infection through food source.
You are suffering from gastroenteritis wherein the body is trying to control but comes back again indicating reduced immunity.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Get the blood culture and sensitivity along with CBC and other tests.
Tests of stool when you get the attack.
Clinical evaluation and thus getting the correct diagnosis and start a proper management in the form of the following:
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics and activated charcoal along with a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone should help to break the cycle.
use boiled for 20 minuted and cooled water and fresh home-made food only.
