General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
An RBB is a defect in the electrical conduction of the heart. An RBB is caused by a number of diseases.
For starters it can be seen in normal individuals
Hypertension, Diabetes are other common causes of RBB. To be able to help you out completely I need to know a few details.
1. Have you ever had any chest pain or angina?
2. How long has it been since you about this RBB
3. Are you taking any medications for your raised blood pressure.
4. Do you smoke?

In my opinion if you have know about it for some l time then you do not need to worry about it.
Best wishes
