Hello,
Your reports suggest that your blood sugar levels are highly uncontrolled.Your microalbumin report also suggests that you are having microalbuminaria.Triglycerides are also high and are due to uncontrolled diabetes.
You are advised to consult a diabetologist for a proper review and proper anti diabetic treatment along with proper management of microalbuminaria as it suggests diabetic nephropathy in early stage.
Thanks
