Suggest Treatment For Diabetes Occurring Post An Arotic Valve Replacement

Hi I had AVR(Arotic valve replacement) in 2002, recently attacked with diabetis. 1 week back I had 2D echo test, doctor said heart beat high & pumping is slow, One year back my EF is 61 present is 37. I am not exercise regularly. how to increase EF?

you have answered your question yourself. Exercise is only way for you to get out of this problem.Start gradually with light exercise and keep increasing it to optimum to suit you. This will help both the causes, diabetes and low EF.
