Suggest Treatment For Diabetes During Pregnancy

I am 33 weeks pregnant. Recently I did my diabetes test. Fasting blood sugar is 77 and my postprandial sugar is 238. I take insulin 10 units in the morning and 2 units at night before dinner but inspire of that postprandial is not decreasing. Please help!

Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. In spite of taking insulin your sugars are not under control. It means that the dose you are taking is inadequate.

You need to increase the dose of insulin after consulting your gynecologist. Also avoid eating sugar rich foods.
