I feel lost. I never want to get out of bed. All I want to do is sleep. I don't want to be around anyone but when I am alone I am overwhelmed with sadness. If I am around people, I am overwhelmed with anger. My body aches, I hardly eat, and I don't take care of myself anymore. I have a wonderful family and I recently got engaged to the man of my dreams.. but I cannot stop pushing these people away from me. I am viciously mean, and always negative. This is not only affecting my family life.. it is affecting my job and my love life. I fear if I do not get help soon it will end up ruining my life. There is nothing for me to be complaining about but I still cannot find the happiness I used to know. Can you please tell me what I might be dealing with and what kind of Doctor I should talk to about getting this under controll?

Here, i feel ,it is due the big change in your life which is going to come. you are worried and tensed for change. You can talk to a psychiatrist or to a clinical psychologist. Cognitive behavior therapy, supportive therapy taken from a clinical psychologist will help you. You must talk about your problem with someone who is your well-wisher and get out of the bed and be busy but with interesting things which you like to do and go for morning work.
