Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable , with the difficulties that you have faced, that you may feel depressed.

Zoloft can be used up to 200mg in persons with depression but it would be best to consult with your doctor before changing the doses of any medication.

Your doctor may also consider either adding another agent to work along with the zoloft if on its own, it is not relieving your symptoms.

In addition psychotherapy may also be helpful for you.

I hope this helps
