Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. The symptoms like feelings that people are judging you, people don't like you, persistent headaches, confusion, poor sociality etc could point towards some anxiety disorder more specifically social anxiety or can also occur due to mild depression. These symptoms should not be ignored and should be evaluated properly. Visit a psychiatrist for help.

For such symptoms medicines like SSRIs can be used. Sertraline, Fluoxetine, Paroxetine etc can be used. These medicines will not only help in reducing the anxiety but will also improve your confidence. Apart from this yoga, progressive muscle relaxation exercises, breathing exercises etc can also help you. These relaxation exercises can help to reduce the anxiety and will increase the social behaviour.

Hope this helps you. Thanks. Take care
