Suggest Treatment For Depression For A Person Having Epilepsy For Years

My brother is suffering from epilepsy since chilhood but as he grows , his disease got cured with the help of some good medicine. But due to epilepsy his mind not grow with a normal growth.

But now a days he is suffering from a new problem that is depression

What can i do????

How is
1. his sleep and appetite?
2. level of energy
3. confidence
4. socialization (mixing with people)
5. overall interest in things

6. is he more pessimistic
7. how is work functioning
8. does he report guilt
9. does he express suicidal ideas or thoughts like "I am not interested in living anymore"
10. what medicines he is on
11. Does he take alcohol? How much and frequency?
12. Is there history of depression in your family?
