Hi, I am a 38 yr old woman and recently gave birth to my second child. She is 13 weeks old now. I was diagnosed with Post Natal Depression about 5 weeks ago and have been taking Diazapam (which I have now stopped) and the anti depressant most often prescribed (Floxidate or similar name). In the last 2 weeks my scalp has become itchy all over but mostly the back area and around my neck. I am also sweating on my face all of a sudden for no reason. My GP has done blood tests and apart from low iron levels (i'm taking a multi vitamin with iron now) he can't find any other problem. Do you think it's just my hormones settling down or the medication I am taking? Please help.
