Hello I share your concern irregular periods might be related to number of reasons like Hormonal imbalances Stress and anxiety PCOD endometrial disease diet
In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist as per your convenience for an ultrasound and hormonal study to find out the underlying cause and accordingly further treatment if need be.
Oral contraceptives pills can also be prescribed at time for hormonal imbalances leading to irregular menses. however I would advise you to see a gynaecologist for physical examination and evaluation.
Meanwhile try to avoid stress and anxiety by doing yoga and relaxation exercises you should take multivitamin and iron supplements if you are loosing more blood in menses.
Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you. Best wishes
