Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
If such a child comes to my clinic I would like to go for an MRI to look for the cause of the developmental delay and epilepsy.
In my opinion no surgery will be able to cause the child to sit or walk. You will have to do intensive and regular physiotherapy and neurodevelopmental therapy.
Kindly consult a developmental paediatrician for proper developmental assessment and guidance regarding the therapy.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank you
