Hello dear, I really appreciate your concern. It is very common to have delayed periods due to norethisterone. Ingestion of norethinsterone leads to hormonal imbalance in the body which takes some time to revert back to normal. In most of the case periods are delayed for 3-6 days. So wait for 3-6 days, you'll have your periods.
Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.
Thank you.
