Suggest Treatment For Delayed Menstrual Cycle And Hair Fall

I am 35 yrs old. I have TSH level of 21 diagnosed 2 months ago and from then taking 75mcg of thyronorm. Now my periods are getting delayed and also facing hair fall. I have dry skin as well showing psoriasis. Is the delay in my periods and psoriasis caused by hypothyroidism? Will it improve as the TSH levels come to normal? Please advice.

hi healthcare magic user, you're suffering from sever hypothyroidism you need to consult endocrinologist for that. Haitfall and dry skin are features of hypothyroidism.
if would have been your doctor I will advise you to check free T3and free T4levels along with that check for thyroid antibodies and vitamin D levels. it will take around 3 months to get normal thyroid level of you take proper treatment.
