Suggest Treatment For Delay In Periods

Actually my friend missed her periods an she was worried that she is preg aj she takes mifegest but actually she was not preg . After 3-4 days she scanned her whole abdomen it was normal. .still he have not get her periods so she is very tensed pls suggest something

The drugs induce vaginal bleeding and uterine cramping necessary to trigger an abortion. Abortion generally occurs within 72 hours of the first dose. The success rate varies from 92 to 95%. If the procedure is not successful, then surgical evacuation should be done.
It is usually advised to go for ultrasound to check if abortion is complete or not.
One of the earliest and simplest way to know that you are pregnant or not, is by using, urine pregnancy test.
I advice you to perform a test a week after missed period and with morning sample of urine. This test kits are nearly 98% accurate, so reliable.
With transvaginal ultrasonography, the diagnosis of pregnancy can be made earlier by 4-5 weeks gestation
