Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Disc Disease And Arthritis?

I was recently told I have degenerative disc disease, arthritis and and bone spurs up and down the spin but particularly c2-ti and L4 & 5. Now they say I have severe lumbar scoliosis with rotation. I am also experiencing difficulty im starting urination, I am so much pain. Can you educate me on what I should be doing.
