Suggest Treatment For Deep Wound Caused By Dog Bite

my small dog bit me quite hard yesterday on my thumb and there were two cuts/holes. i cleaned them with alcohol wipes and applied a bandaid, dis-infected the wounds with dettol and kept re-applying bandaids with dettols antiseptic cream. last night before i fell asleep, i re-applied a fresh one and now, the surrounding skin around one of the more deeper wounds is white. is this just because of the cream or do i need to see a doctor? im 70% sure my dog has received all her shots

it should taken as dog bite. cofirm the dog wasimunised. if so then it should be wahed imidiatly. take inj tt, for prevention of tetanus. if dog was not imunised then it is to be observed for ten daysif signs os rabies nand it dies then have to take inj rabipore.
